The hotel had a charming atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the lovely garden view from our king room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room featured comfortable beds, a private safe, central heating, and an iron. the food was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options. the services provided were terrific. Plus, the location was conveniently close to major attractions. it was a great experience, and I will definitely consider staying here for future trips.

Everything is really good here, had a such wonderful stay for 3 nights at Tucci's house during our Rome visit. It boasts incredible, perfect location not far from the Coloseum, metro station 150 meters away and the metro and 2 stops to Termini station...

I found everything very GOOD, recommend it to friends. The location was good and absolutely perfect - 200 metres away from Slipstream Sculpture.

The location here is really convenient, and the staff is friendly. the rooms are fantastic and quiet, featuring an ironing set, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making facilities. the service is excellent, and they even offer private parking! ☕.

The service here was amazing, the food was fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a bathroom, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

I enjoyed a fantastic variety of delicious food during my stay. the room was clean and beautiful, complete with helpful amenities like a hairdryer and fridge. the extra safety features really put my mind at ease. I recently had an amazing stay at a guest house in Rome. The hotel was beautifully decorated, with tiled bathrooms and high ceilings that gave it a touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the comfiest I've experienced in Europe. One of the standout aspects was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, particularly Veronica who went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions such as the Vatican and the Colosseum. The area was calm and safe, perfect for a relaxing stay.

All in all, I couldn't fault this hotel, everything exceeded my expectations and was exceptional.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was only a short walk away from the metro station and near the Coliseum. This made it easy for us to travel around the city. The kitchen was always open for us to use, and having our own level in the fridge was a nice touch. Although the breakfast was a bit sweet for my liking, I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this guest house for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome.

It's just a short walk to popular attractions like the Colosseum, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel staff, particularly Veronica, were incredibly helpful, providing helpful recommendations on places to visit and even leaving the dining room open for guests to use. It's the attention to detail that really sets this hotel apart, such as the provision of a personal level in the refrigerator and the daily room cleaning service. Considering all the amenities and the great location, I felt that the price of 80euro a night was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Had a fantastic xmas stay in a hotel located in a quiet residential area, but close to transportation that took us to all key sights. the cleanliness and comfort of the room were outstanding, and the daily room service exceeded expectations. the host was lovely and informative, offering helpful advice on how to get around. the coffee shop where breakfast was served also offered great sandwiches, in case the Italian breakfast wasn't enough for us.

Would have appreciated a tap inside the hotel to fetch drinking water, rather than having to go down the road to the fountain every time. It would have been convenient to have a microwave in the room for heating food and milk for our toddler.
